    My name is Giampaolo De Carolis and I have worked for over 30 years in the field of hospitality and catering at all levels and in different parts of the world.
    I worked for prestigious properties such as the Sheraton hotel or Bad Schachen both in England and in Germany.
    After these experiences I have dedicated myself to the restaurant industry, in this case for prestigious accommodations, restaurants, pizzerias and catering companies then get to manage my property structures and to cooperate with public facilities for tourism promotion. And finally, I have dedicated myself to teaching at vocational schools hotel.
    After all these years I have developed a unique method of teaching and learning with amazing results in terms of speed and quality of education achieved. So I decided to create these professional courses to teach a trade immediately applicable to all those whom you feel an affinity with this world.

    Learning how to make pizza is an art, not enough to know just what are the ingredients or the simple construction technique but it takes passion and safe
    The courses do not have set dates but are performed each week and can be booked at any time of the year, lasting six days (from Monday to Saturday inclusive) for seven hours a day with a total of 42 hours of intensive training, with the theoretical but also practical and no minimum number of participants.
    At the end of the course each student will receive a recipe for dough custom will bring with him throughout his career. In addition, the method is so innovative that will allow each of you to already be able to exercise this wonderful profession the same day they receive the diploma.
